About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering solution-focused and strength-based telehealth, in-home, in-office, or in-school services to members diagnosed with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy and clinical case management for a full caseload of families and/or individual members.
  • Develop and maintain intakes, assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and current documentation in accordance with SB&H clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and other community human service professionals.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Masters degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work).
  • 1 year of full-time behavioral health experience preferred.
  • Level I fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire (as required per program requirements).
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $68,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Monthly monetary incentives based on case load, timeliness, and billable hours.
  • Eligibility for a $2,500 sign-on incentive after 30 days of employment and an additional $1,000 retention incentive after 6 months.
  • Free 1:1 clinical supervision and a supportive interdisciplinary team.
  • On-going education opportunities regarding cultural competency and modality building skills.
