Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor Overnight Shift Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Current, Unencumbered PA Registered Nurse License
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory
Directly oversee the nursing staff during assigned shifts by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and other patient care activities
Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
Provide education as necessary to staff, residents, and resident family members
Ensure staff compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator

Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor Overnight Shift Schedules & Benefits:

Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday, 11 PM to 7:30 AM
