Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Establish and maintain accurate escrow accounts within our core system, partner with others to correct discrepancies, and ensure timely completion of post-close loan servicing.
- Inquiry Resolution: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
- Quality Control: Administer submission of data to quality control vendors, meet pre-fund and post-close quality control ratio requirements, and facilitate distribution of initial QC findings.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
