Job Overview

Water Grill South Coast Plaza is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats for guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience as a restaurant cook
  • High school graduate
  • Food handlers Card
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate verbal and written English with Guests, management and co-workers
  • Ability to maintain complete knowledge of all cooking techniques which are required to prepare restaurant menu items
