Job Summary

We are seeking Caregiver / Direct Support Professionals to join our team at Sevita. As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and nutrition
  • Assist individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting and exercise
  • Help individuals participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements

  • No experience required
  • High School Diploma required
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
