Job Summary

CentraCare is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Neuroscience Spine Unit team. As a LPN in this unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team to provide high-quality care to patients with neurological and spine conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with neurological and spine conditions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team

Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing and Minnesota LPN license
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
