This role will work within RSUI Group's hybrid work schedule, requiring a balance of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional team coordination - Development, QA, Support, Training, etc.
  • Develop milestone-driven project plans, set goals, and implement strategies to meet those goals.
  • Monitor project progress, facilitate communication with stakeholders and management, and manage changes to project scope and schedule.
  • Own the development and maintenance of knowledge documentation to drive standardization of project management processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline deployments and project deliveries, share best practices with peers and leaders, and implement continuous improvement actions.
  • Understand the interdependent architectures, systems, and services among multiple functional teams across the IT organization.
  • Proactively seek ways to identify and mitigate project risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing IT projects.
  • Experience communicating program status, risks, issues, and tailoring communications to the audience.
  • Able to quickly identify bottlenecks or critical issues impeding progress.
  • Well-organized, high-energy, and outcome-focused.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with peers and leaders, and influence direction by demonstrating value.
  • Proficient in using multiple tools to organize work and communicate progress.
