Position Overview

We empower our clients to navigate through trauma and addiction, fostering a journey towards healing and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and portion food items according to established meal plans.
  • Support the Lead Cook as required.
  • Distribute meals to clients in a timely manner.
  • Ensure food is presented on the serving line promptly.
  • Adhere to the assigned menu while maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Restock dining essentials such as cups, napkins, and utensils.
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
  • Monitor and record daily temperatures of food storage and preparation areas.
  • Receive and verify food deliveries according to protocol.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • ServSafe Certification is required; prior experience in food service is advantageous.
