Therapy Professional for Inpatient Rehab

About This RoleWe are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to play an important part in helping our patients recover and feel better about themselves by providing therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
This role involves communicating patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assisting with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records; documenting patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements; instructing patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs; maintaining equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition; handling job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
What You'll Need- A graduate of a master's level program in Speech Language Pathology which is accredited by Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements;
- Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA;
- A minimum of six months speech therapist/speech language pathologist experience working with an adult and geriatric population;
- A current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered;
- A current CPR certification;
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $52-$60 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience. We would expect those hired into this role to be paid within this hourly range, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly range.
