As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical, emotional, or cognitive disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and mobility
  • Conduct in-services and training for patients, clients, and team members on restorative techniques
  • Supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care
  • Consistently attend work and provide appropriate notice for scheduled paid time off
  • Maintain productivity standards as determined by supervisor and clinical needs
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to represent the company in an ethical and professional manner and maintain accountability
