Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Portland, Oregon. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of occupational therapy services at the facility, ensuring that services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure/certification in Oregon
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Prior experience in an SNF (skilled nursing facility) is preferred
