The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all technical matters related to general apartment maintenance, including technical maintenance tickets, unit turnovers, and after-hours on-call rotations.

They will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and oversee work performed by contractors. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
