Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Midland, TX.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Catheterization Laboratory, including administering medications, monitoring patients' responses, and reporting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Transport patients as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Cardiovascular Nursing Certification (RN-BC) preferred.
  • One to three years of experience as a Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse.
