A successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing the implementation process, taking on both analytical and project leadership responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders to ensure a unified understanding of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Deliver timely and precise project status updates.
  • Develop business requirements documents, product specifications, and technical solution definitions.
  • Assist in the creation of release notes and other technical documentation in collaboration with technical writers.
  • Engage with clients to evaluate project requirements, conduct needs and gap analysis, and formulate actionable plans and timelines.
  • Oversee and monitor defined implementation tasks alongside business, technical, and support teams to deliver software solutions effectively.
  • Carefully track change requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate work efforts, ensuring a clear understanding of project priorities, scope, and business objectives while proactively addressing project risks and issues.
  • Participate in the rollout of operational and technical initiatives, including deployment strategies, user acceptance testing management, and user training.
  • Direct daily implementation activities, including status communications with clients and management.
  • Conduct status reporting and maintain interactions with management teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements that drive service offerings and software product development.
  • Support multiple teams and projects concurrently.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of experience in business or systems analysis.
  • Proven expertise in eliciting and documenting user requirements, as well as designing solutions that align with business needs.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; at least three years of experience in technical requirements gathering and solution development.
