Job Responsibilities:

• We offer a comprehensive range of urogynecology services, including medication management, office procedures, pelvic floor therapy, vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries as needed.
• You will conduct thorough assessments of patients with pelvic floor disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform surgical and non-surgical interventions.
• Clinical responsibilities will be divided between our outpatient office, ambulatory surgery center, and hospital operating room.
• You will also act as a consultant to other physicians within the practice, providing clinical care to patients with pelvic floor needs.
• A key aspect of this role is championing clinical efforts to improve quality, safety, and affordability for activities related to urogynecology.

Qualifications:

• Board certification in General Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
• Board certification in Urogynecology is also necessary.
• Previous experience in a urogynecology role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• An active Medical License in the State of Maryland/Virginia/DC is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• We offer a competitive salary range of $300,000 - $370,000 per year, based on years of experience.
