We are currently seeking skilled Sheet Metal Craftsmen and eager Pre-Apprentices.
Compensation:
- Journeyman: $41.07 per hour, Total Package $63.00
- 1st Year Apprentice: $24.64 per hour, Total Package $46.10
- Pre-Apprentice: $20.54 per hour, Total Package $32.52

As a Sheet Metal Craftsman, you will:
- Execute sheet metal assignments in compliance with SMACNA standards.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Effectively communicate and follow directions.
- Utilize tools and equipment proficiently for HVAC/Sheet Metal projects.
- Ensure the installation of high-quality products.
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee and mentor apprentices and field crew members according to project schedules.
- Provide on-the-job training, particularly in safety practices.
- Maintain knowledge of local and national codes and industry standards.
- Be prepared to perform additional duties as required.
- For Pre-Apprentices, no prior experience is necessary; a willingness to learn and attend work is essential.
This role demands the following physical capabilities:
- Full mobility in both upper and lower body.
- Ability to reach overhead and perform various physical activities, including stooping, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, climbing, and walking for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly throughout the workday.
