Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized fitness programs for clients based on their individual needs and goals
  • Conduct fitness assessments and create workout plans to help clients achieve their desired level of fitness
  • Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their fitness programs as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research to provide the best possible service to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
  • Certification from a reputable fitness organization (e.g. ACSM, NASM, ACE, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
  • Experience working with clients with special needs or fitness goals
  • Knowledge of exercise science and nutrition
