About the Internship
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EHS intern to join our team at Danone North America. As an EHS intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects that promote environmental sustainability and workplace safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your knowledge and skills to complete projects using appropriate research, statistical methods, and technical reporting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide support to the Lockout Tagout manager.
  • Audit current LOTO procedures to ensure accuracy and review our online database of SDS's to ensure correct filing.
  • Conduct noise dosimetry and update the Noise map of the plant to include new equipment and areas.
  • Assist with new hire orientation training and other EHS trainings as required.

Requirements:
  • Pursuing a four-year undergraduate degree in Occupation and Environmental Health Sciences, Environmental Health, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related major.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • A high level of competence in computer applications and the ability to use technology.
  • Previous internship or work experience is highly preferred.
