Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supervision to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients and residents
  • Supervise activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Active CPR certification
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
