Backroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backroom Supervisor to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and merchandising of inventory, while maintaining a clean and organized backroom area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of inventory
- Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
- Communicate effectively with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor
- Monitor productivity of team and provide coaching as needed
- Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment
- Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom area
Requirements:
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
