Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site inspections to scope and assess mitigation damages, including water, fire, mold, and wind damage to building and roofing materials.
  • Create detailed mitigation scopes and invoices for service, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure that all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Conduct deconstruction and removal of affected building materials, including carpets, drywall, insulation, and flooring.
  • Operate and maintain mitigation machinery, including extraction machines, mop-up pumps, and dehumidifiers.
  • Perform applied structural drying and moisture mapping, adhering to IICRC standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of MICA and DASH systems, as well as IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, and TCST).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards, including OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
