  • Interpret production schedules, blueprints, and written instructions to ensure accurate and efficient work execution.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost-effectiveness, and production efficiency.
Your Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • 3 months of related experience preferred, with a focus on aerospace sheet metal fabrication highly valued.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) involving decimals and fractions.
  • Experience using adjustable measuring instruments, calipers, protractors, scales, etc. is a plus.
  • Familiarity with machinery such as Trumpf brake, Versun press, Komo Router, HAAS, Hot Joggle is highly desirable.
