Position Summary

The Minneapolis-based Pace MN-Field team is in search of a detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of an entry-level Project Coordinator. This role is pivotal in delivering project and administrative assistance to our Air and Water sampling divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in transitioning projects from sales, managing client interactions, organizing project details, addressing client inquiries, and overseeing final report processes and routine invoicing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by directing client inquiries to the appropriate Project Manager.
  • Assist the sales team with client onboarding, credit establishment, processing purchase orders, and requesting Certificates of Insurance.
  • Collaborate with Field & Laboratory teams on supply procurement, equipment rentals, tracking, and managing packing slip receipts.
  • Support Accounts Receivable by providing invoice copies and assisting with collections.
  • Handle shipping, copying, filing, form maintenance, archiving, data entry, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Educational Requirements:
