Service Advisor Job Description

At Stone Mountain Toyota, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide estimates and explanations of work to be performed, ensuring that customers understand the scope of the work and the associated costs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including repair orders and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
