Campus Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campus Receptionist to join our team at Concorde Career Colleges, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the front desk operation, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, take messages, and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Keep track of employee whereabouts, including lunch and vacation schedules.
  • Assist with entrance testing, including setting up applicants, completing paperwork, and entering scores into our system.
  • Maintain the appearance of the front lobby and area behind the front desk.
  • Provide kind and courteous support to prospective and existing students, ensuring they are directed to the proper staff.
  • Assist with mailings to employers, update and maintain the phone list for employees, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Receptionist experience required.
  • Strong phone and computer skills, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
