Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care services to residents in your assigned area
  • Monitor and report any noticeable physical or behavioral changes to the supervising nurse
  • Document all care provided in the appropriate records and inform the Nurse Manager of any refusals of care or changes in vital signs
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights to assess their needs
Qualifications:
  • Possess a STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful)
  • Must hold an active CNA certification in Nebraska or be willing to transfer your certification
  • Commitment to resident care and teamwork
