Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DHC - 1109, South Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will oversee all restaurant activities while on duty, working closely with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide Team Members to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience) + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and collaboration among Team Members.
  • Supervise and develop Team Members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance job performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, tardiness, and time off, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular Ops Walks and Q&A checks to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate shift schedules, monitor inventory levels, and manage cash handling responsibilities.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety, adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Guests, addressing concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred; relevant experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English.
  • Certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, work in close quarters, and lift 50-75 pounds comfortably.
  • Positive attitude, commitment to Guest satisfaction, and excellent communication skills.
