Reservation Agent Job Description

U-Haul is seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for supporting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and distribution of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with calls from and to customers.
  • Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
  • Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts.
  • Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
  • Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
