Position Overview

D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in a large-scale distribution environment. The ideal candidate will engage in various warehousing activities, including inventory management, product handling, and maintaining cleanliness within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute shipping and receiving duties, including the operation of forklifts.
  • Oversee the upkeep of the warehouse by developing and implementing effective layout designs. Regularly inspect equipment, generate work orders for repairs, and ensure safety protocols are adhered to by all personnel.
  • Fulfill daily and weekly operational tasks, such as unloading shipments, organizing materials, and sustaining a secure and tidy warehouse atmosphere.
  • Engage with clients face-to-face to accurately process their orders and address any inquiries.
  • Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of one year of general warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: 7AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday; additional hours may be required.
