About the Role

Pyrovio is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through process improvement and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives within assigned projects, working closely with project teams and clients to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Mapping and Analysis: Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify process improvement requirements, working with clients to understand their business processes and develop solutions to improve them.
  • System and Process Improvement: Design and produce system and process improvement artifacts, including process maps, standard work instructions, and standard work aids.
  • Implementation and Coaching: Oversee the implementation of system and process improvement recommendations with clients, and coach team members on business process and UML modeling, Lean/Toyota Production System, and similar areas of knowledge.
  • Data Analytics and Metrics: Develop data analytics and metrics to support client initiatives, including developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the current state and tracking KPIs during and after implementation of process improvement recommendations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree in a technical field with two years of professional experience, or graduate degree, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong skills in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet applications, demonstrated success in analysis-driven problem-solving, excellent verbal and written presentation skills, ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, and ability to establish effective working relationships with client personnel.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Experience with ITIL and SDLC processes, understanding of tools and techniques required to effectively develop or improve business processes, prior experience in Lean, Visual Controls, Toyota Production System, or process design and re-engineering, knowledge of utility, construction, or healthcare industry, and knowledge of process modeling and process diagramming software and tools.
Travel Requirements
  • Remote Work Opportunities: Up to 25% of work may be done remotely, with the remainder spent in the office or traveling to clients.
