Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RF/Microwave Engineer II to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department at Raytheon in Andover, MA. As a key member of our engineering test team, you will be responsible for performing RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules, and MMICs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules, and MMICs
  • Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter-wave test systems
  • Use software to control test equipment and plot test results
  • Support the MMIC and module design teams
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major
  • 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience/coursework in one or more of the following: RF/microwave, Analog, Digital Electronics, Circuit Design or Analysis, Electrical Components, Electromagnetics
  • Lab experience specific to RF/microwave device and circuit measurements
  • Knowledge of electrical circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting using common lab equipment
