Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our onsite Medical Center team. In this role, you will deliver essential clinical support to our medical and specialty providers. Your responsibilities will include performing clinical tasks as directed by clinical leadership or practice management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient evaluations, including gathering patient history, measuring vital signs, performing EKGs, executing phlebotomy (blood draws), and administering injections.
- Oversee the stocking and cleanliness of treatment rooms to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Collaborate with laboratory facilities to maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Current and active Medical Assistant certification in line with certifying Board requirements, including CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in computer usage.
- Ability to consistently perform essential functions with minimal supervision, demonstrating skills in vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, and injections.
