Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Cracker Barrel. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the dining room, ensuring that all guests are seated and satisfied with their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform guest service in the dining room by making sure that all dining room guests are seated and attended to in a timely manner.
• Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events, ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service.
• Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction, taking ownership of guest issues and resolving them promptly.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
