  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, and watering.

2. **Exceptional Customer Service:**

  • Deliver outstanding service by maintaining clean and inviting outdoor spaces.
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns regarding grounds maintenance.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with residents and team members.

3. **Landscaping Duties:**

  • Perform regular landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, and pruning to ensure a well-kept appearance.
  • Monitor plant health and address any issues to maintain the integrity of landscaping features.
  • Assist in planting flowers and shrubs to enhance the property’s beauty.

4. **Property Maintenance:**

  • Help maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including walkways and recreational spaces.

Qualifications
