Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' gross motor skills, mobility, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address students' physical therapy needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and physical success.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Delaware state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
