Position Overview:

  • Assemble components and parts of sealed switches with precision.
  • Utilize hand tools to construct subassemblies and parts.
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, sketches, and written instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
  • Promptly report any defective materials or unusual conditions to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to personal production and quality standards set by the supervisor.
  • Follow established practices and procedures as outlined in company policy.
  • Comply with all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Good manual dexterity for handling small components.
  • Vision capabilities required for this role include close vision, color differentiation, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
