Private Duty Nurse RN

Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our patients, their families, and our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our system of record
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
