Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician specializing in family medicine to join our healthcare team at Samuel Dixon Family Health Center, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to provide preventive care and promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, and provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Medicine specializing in family medicine, licensed in the state of California and board certified.
  • Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills, excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, commitment to ongoing professional development, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center is preferred, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is also preferred.
