About the Role:

Dental Care at Leland Town Center is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental care and experiences to our patients.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our experienced doctors, and contribute to the success of our practice.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be a licensed dental hygienist in North Carolina and hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Should possess excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • Current CPR certification is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough dental cleanings, screenings, and exams to identify and prevent oral health issues.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our doctors to ensure seamless care and communicate effectively with patients to understand their concerns and needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices by participating in continuing education opportunities.

Estimated Salary Range:

$95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
