Neurodevelopmental Therapist Position

As a Behavior Therapist at Cortica - Neurodevelopmental, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences. Our goal is to empower these individuals to reach their full potential, and we're seeking talented professionals like you to help us achieve this mission.

Your responsibilities will include implementing behavior-analytic services, collaborating with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and contributing to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists, counselors, pediatricians, and nurse practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with children, preferably in a related field such as child development, teaching, or behavioral intervention. You'll also need a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Additionally, you should have a High School Diploma/GED, bachelor's degree in human services, or master's degree.
