Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Chiller Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in chiller maintenance, with knowledge of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and rebuilds of medium-large tonnage chillers from various manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, and service requests for assigned customers
  • Provide quote estimates for labor and material repairs and upgrades as needed
  • Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at the customer's location
  • Use cutting-edge software and technology, along with hand tools and rigging equipment, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair equipment
Requirements
  • 5 years of commercial, industrial, and/or institutional experience with all types of chillers, various compressor technologies, chiller control systems, and speed drives
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computers (e.g., valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational and service knowledge)
  • Ability to be on call nights and weekends on a rotating basis
