These specialists are trained in various production tasks within their designated department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in their work.

Typically, Seafood Production Specialists collaborate in teams along a production line. Responsibilities encompass a range of activities, from fish trimming to machinery operation.


Shift Details
The Evening Seafood Production Specialists operate during the 3rd shift, commencing in the early afternoon and continuing through the evening, potentially extending past midnight until production concludes.


Job Requirements
- Valid identification
- Ability to adhere to instructions
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets
- Punctuality and preparedness for the workday
- Capability to work overnight shifts

Additional Qualifications
- Must be able to lift weights ranging from 30 to 50 pounds
- Capacity to work up to a 10-hour shift, primarily standing or walking
- Proficient hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Required physical motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning agents
- Ability to endure temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit
- Adaptability to both wet and dry working conditions
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential weekend shifts
- Competence in using tools and equipment, including knives.
