Job Overview

Buck & Rider is a dynamic seafood eatery and oyster bar seeking a skilled Saut Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of seafood and steak dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient execution of recipes, adhering to brand standards and safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or lead prep cook in a high-volume, polished atmosphere.
  • Current Food Handler's/Servesafe card or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and walking frequently.
