Your Responsibilities:- Guide a team of product managers to enhance user experiences in Ground Operations.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Experience, Engineering, and Program managers to refine and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the performance and health of our systems.
- 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of driving impactful product development.

- Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives.

This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. Salary ranges from $146,000 to $240,000, with potential sign-on bonuses based on experience and geographic location.
