About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Environmental and Water Resources Group (EWRG) in Ohio. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee a range of water resources projects across the state, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage high-profile projects exceeding $1M in annual revenue, defining scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Lead and mentor staff, sub-consultants, and expenses, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Develop and implement project plans, tracking progress and performance, and coaching junior engineers to achieve their full potential.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and sub-consultants, leveraging technical expertise to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Professional Engineering License and 15+ years of experience in water resources management, including proposal writing and project leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role, with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
