R B Van Duzer Inc is seeking an experienced Automotive Brake and Suspension Specialist to enhance our dedicated team. We are looking for candidates with over 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair, particularly in diagnosing and addressing issues related to braking systems, steering components, tires, shock absorbers, struts, ball joints, CV axles, ABS brakes, and TPMS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough diagnostics and provide accurate estimates for vehicle repairs.
  • Engage with customers to discuss findings and recommend necessary services.
  • Perform repairs on identified issues while ensuring quality standards.
  • Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Environment:

  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with weekends off.
  • Competitive pay structure that includes a guaranteed minimum salary plus commission based on weekly sales.
