Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Process Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to ensure optimal value for the company.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate forecasting and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and optimize procurement costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing process improvements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on procurement metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
