Job Overview

The Server is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a strong focus on delivering timely and efficient service, ensuring that all guests receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our menu to make informed menu suggestions and up sales.
  • Place accurate and proper guest orders using our point-of-sale system.
  • Deliver food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction with their order and service.
  • Adhere to high food safety guidelines and standards.
  • Communicate facility deficiencies within the venue to management daily.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, and self-service stations.
  • Complete all opening, closing, and side-work duties.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Food Handler's and state alcohol certification required.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
