Compensation: $2,638.00 per week

Weekly Schedule: 3x12
Shift Timings: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (Block Scheduling is not guaranteed)
RN Ratio: 1:1-2
Floating Required: Yes (to all units except Behavioral and ER unless holding)
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
EMR Experience Required: EPIC
Additional Requirements: Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex; Heart experience is highly preferred.
Minimum Experience: 2+ years in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU with documented travel experience.
References: 2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN references required.
Licenses: Valid driver's license with matching address; Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; NURSYS Report Licenses verification with Active NY License.
Beds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14
Common Patient Diagnoses: Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Respiratory Failure, CHF, Post Stemi, CV surgery, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA, Trauma, Major post-op surgery.
Drips and Medications: Pressors (Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, Dobutamine & Dopamine), Vasodilators (Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG), Anti-arrhythmics (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido), Sedation (Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl), TPN and Insulin.
Specialty Equipment: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage), Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun).
