As an Electrical Project Manager with GrowthWise Search Partners, you will oversee and quality control electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work with a team on the job site, managing and motivating electricians, providing guidance and support as needed. Your expertise will be essential in examining and inspecting work progress, equipment, and construction sites, ensuring safety and that work is performed to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee electrical projects from start to finish
Manage and motivate a team of electricians
Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites
Read blueprints to understand project requirements and plan crew activities

Requirements:

Prior experience in an electrician or Foreman Electrician role
Reliable transportation to jobsites
Ability to read specifications such as blueprints
Provide own tools to utilize at the job site
Successful completion of a drug test and background check

Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour + potential for overtime and additional bonus potential. May include vehicle stipend. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401k plan with generous annual company contribution. On-site health care is also provided for urgent care items and prescriptions for you and your family.
